Recently, many RACC customers have received e-mail messages claiming to
originate from RACC Enterprises, LLC (RACC2000) staff. These messages are
completely false, they did not originate from any RACC representative,
and should be completely disregarded.
To help our valued customers detect these false e-mail messages,
we will never do any of the following items:

We will never ask you to provide your password, credit card, or other
sensitive personal information via e-mail.

We will never require customers to submit sensitive information through
an e-mail link.

While RACC2000 may send email that contains links, the links are provided
for convenience only.
When possible, you should avoid clicking on links in e-mail messages.
Instead of clicking the link, you should copy the address and paste it
into the Address area of your web browser.
If you have received an e-mail message claiming to be from RACC Enterprises
(RACC2000) and are suspicious of its authenticity, we encourage you to
contact us
to confirm its legitimacy.
If you have opened an e-mail message that you now believe to be malicious,
we urge you to update your anti-virus definitions and perform a full system
anti-virus scan. If you do not have anti-virus software, Computer Associates
